Ehhhh not a good experience. First boss lady looked shocked and annoyed that I came like as if I didn’t make an appointment lol than the person she to...ld to do my hair seemed just as annoyed that she had to work. Also had 2 girls doing my retwist at the same time. I guess that would make it faster but it was extremely annoying and uncomfortable having two ppl in my hair pulling my head opposite ways. They didn’t wash my hair. Didn’t even spray anything in it. Did a dry retwist. Felt like my hair was literally getting ripped out my scalp. And Almost every band has popped off the same day so the two strand twist was pointless. Any other place I go to my twist last for month+ and it’s cheaper. Also Charging 120$ for a retwist with no wash should be illegal. The other lady was nice so I still left a nice tip but ya could definitely be more welcoming and pay more attention to the appointments made on the app. Also wash the persons hair.
