Shocked this place has a good rating....The experience was poor from the moment we walked in for a scheduled group appointment. We asked for gel but t...he nail polish isn't clearly marked so it took forever to find the right paint to use and no one working helped our party of 5 and just kept sending people back to the two walls spaces... They do not have manicure tables, so they pointed us into pedicure seats and told us to put our feet in with street shoes on...There is very little communication as they pile stuff on your lap and you have to reach sideways across to the technician for the entire appointment. The biggest reason to avoid this place though is because they do not clean the tubs or equipment well and are using the same tubs for barefeet and shoes. Also, the end result for all four manicures done was pretty bad. The cherry on top is they demand you tip in cash before they started..... 😅 Show more

Very relaxing! The orchids in the window are so pretty to look at, the music is calming, the chairs do a massage, and the personnel are so kind (as we...ll as talented). I hade a very nice manicure and will certainly be returning 🙂 Show more
Nice ladies and did an excellent job! They give the best foot and leg massages and my mani/pedi is very pretty. They don't rush you here, so don't be ...in a rush - they want you to enjoy the experience. Pleasantly satisfied. Show more

I am very particular (ie: hard to please perfectionis) and I LOVE Aerial Spa!!! This was the first time I used Aerial. The atmosphere and energy is ...very welcoming, relaxing, friendly and clean. More importantly, they paid attention to my "little" requests and did an absolutely perfect pedi and gel mani!! I will be back!!! Show more
