Cisco fixed my cut. I usually go to Cisco at this shop who does an amazing job; definitely my go-to barber in Chicago. This particular day though, I h...ad to go at a different time and the app booked me with Russ. He was friendly enough but it was clear he was very inexperienced cutting black hair and, in my opinion, he shouldn't have tried. I know he has to get his practice in somewhere but $40 plus tip is really high to be practiced on.. Not to mention I had to go back a couple days later to have it all fixed. Having to pay twice for a cut isn't really fair imo. Again, he seemed like a nice enough guy overall, but I'm just glad I was able to go back in and have Cisco save me from an embarrassing weekend!
