Horrible experience and would NOT recommend. I booked 2 appointments back to back through Booksy. Appointments were confirmed. When I went for my appo...intment, no one was there and the shop was closed. Very unprofessional to confirm an appointment, not show up, and not call or send a message to let your client know you weren’t going to show up… will not book another appointment with you. You wasted my time not only in getting there from north Charlotte, but I could have already had an appointment at another salon. Show more

Hi, this is the owner of The Divas Beauty Salon, i’ve read and responded to your google review. I would like to formerly apologize for the sudden inconvenience. We’ve had to do an emergency closing due to one of the workers testing positive for COVID-19. It is in our best interest to put the safety of all our clients and staff first, however I do apologize for not having informed you and other clients sooner. The rest of us were all currently trying to get tested as well which further delayed our communication with our clients. Again, I apologize and we will do so that our protocols are improved and this doesn’t happen again. I would like to personally offer any service of your choice for free once we open back up if you could possibly change the review. If that’s alright with you please let me know.
