This is my first time writing a review on this app, as I don’t usually write these kinds of photos, however I feel I should speak about my experience ...for the development of Fabi, and for future clients. This was my first time having my nails done by Fabi, I booked a manicure and pedicure service, and I was referred by a friend that also was a first client of Fabi two weeks prior. Let’s start with the positive! -I am very happy with the overall design and execution. I had a specific vision in mind for these nails and Fabi understood and executed them perfectly. I get lots of compliments on a daily basis -she offered light refreshments during the service which was a plus as well! Now with the negatives. -The overall experience was painful. I have photos taken above of my cuticles and skin and the aftermath. It has been a full weekend since I’ve gotten my nails done, and I STILL had dried up blood and cuts all over my skin and cuticles. When she was doing nail prep, my cuticles instantly bled as she clipped too much of my cuticles. After telling her that I had sensitive skin she proceeded to tell me the blood is normal when you don’t get your nails done very often. This was such an invalidating thing to hear as a first time client and I proceeded to bleed on 6/10 nails. Fabi did not take my pain seriously within the experience, and continued to also make my toes bleed. I get pedicures every 6 weeks, so I am VERY familiar of the process, and never, EVER, had I bled or had such a painful experience. When I stopped her to tell her it really hurts TWICE on the same nail, she proceeded to tell me “it’s okay” and continue to keep hurting me. At this point I felt horrible and just wanted to go home… days later, I still have cuts healing from her filing my skin too hard, as seen on my ring finger and pinky, you’ll see lines on my skin, with deep cuts. -Within the next hour of having my nails done, one of the rhinestones on my thumb had already fell off. Last night, another rhinestone officially fell off as well, as pictured above. -On my left index finger, the gel didn’t full lay on my nail, so there appears to be lifting happening as time goes on. I haven’t even left for my trip in a few days 🥲 - A small thing was also complimenting her work on her Instagram, of me responding to a story she posted of my nail, thanking her for her work on my actual nail because the design truly is nice, and getting no response :/ a small thing, but I feel like after the experience I had, it would’ve felt nice. Again. This is not to hate, but to instead shed light on my experience. I know Fabi does nails full time, and hope she will read my review and learn from the experience. Please go easy on us. I would rather wait longer, if that meant more care on my hands and feet. You have incredible skills. Show more

Hi Melissa, thank you for your review, I'm happy that you liked the design and atention, and also I'm sorry that you didn’t had a good experience on your first appointment, I always try to be careful and clean with my work, and to give the best of me to my client, but sometimes I guess is not the same for everyone.. I'll take in consideration all the negatives to improve myself 🩷
