Contact person was not in due to family emergency. Person I spoke with over the door intercom, was very apologetic and tried to accommodate with diffe...rent times and dates, which was a plus. However there should be some way to contact to inform of cancellation or if appointment can’t be upheld. Minor inconvenience but still inconvenient especially after 45 minute commute. Show more
