I'm Very Happy with My Son's Hair Cut

I walked into the shop and before i could sit down the stylist told me that she had to leave to go get her son and if I wanted to get my hair braided ...i would have to wait for her to come back. She went on to say that my hair was not a braidable lenth for her, my hair measures out roughly 7inches in length and I have had it briaded before. This was a total waste of my time Show more

I understand you are upset sir but I can’t braid your hair at that length maybe the top was 7 inches but the sides and back were not at a length I could grip also you arrived at your appointment 35 mins early which I why I told you I had to pick up my child from school and that I’d be back well before your appointment time please instead of trying to tarnish my name reach out to me and we could settled the misunderstanding I truly hope your day gets better and I apologize for the misunderstanding

I have had the same Barber for the last 15 years who couldn’t get my haircut exactly how I wanted it. I initially thought it was a function of my hair... but I went to Bianca based off of the quality of her pictures and on first try she gave me the haircut that I’d been looking for! Amazing barber. Drove 40 min to my appointment on my lunch break. Pulled up and she wasn’t there. Waited another 20 min until the other barber had to reach out to her... to confirm that she had a flat tire and wasn’t gonna make it. I can careless about the actual cancellation but to not get any type of heads up and waste my gas and time like that is crazy Show more

Hey sorry for the inconvenience of you’re drive and gas as I can offer a 15 off service to compensate but in the midst of an emergency as I was on the freeway when this happened with two toddlers you were not the first person I thought to call I had to get my situation under control by the time I looked up it was close to you’re appointment time.
