Hair cut and style

I recently started following Celebrity Status on Facebook and decided to schedule a 'Cut and Style' for $95 since my hair is already short and my rela...xer was only a week old. The night before my appointment, I washed and put a rinse in my hair, so I technically only needed a cut and style. During my appointment, I inquired about a promotion for New Clients for 25 percent discount for first service. I was immediately told it didn't apply to me it was for walkins, but it's advertised for New Clients also. I didn't want to push the issue so I let it go. Once I was finished, they told me my price was $115. She said that was for the cut and I didn't schedule a cut. However, I know I scheduled a cut and style. So she ended up charging me $115 to cut and syle my hair that was already short, relaxed and colored. Then when I got home, my husband stated that the style was not cute and definitely not worth what I paid. I also asked her to give me a manageable style, but she cut my hair really low and didn't ask what length I wanted. I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED and won't return.  😞 That was my original post after leaving the salon on 6/11/24. That evening, after she read my Review, she called me personally, we discussed why I said the things I said, and I explained why. She asked me to please take the post down, and we agreed on how to fix things. Unfortunately, since I removed the original post, she didn't do what she told me she do for me removing the negative Review, and she won't respond to my calls, text or voice messages. So I've decided to repost my Review, and I've added the advertised discount she wouldn't give me, and the price that I booked but she added $20 more. She tried to tell me those are her stylist rates and not hers because her cuts are $175 (NOPE!) Again, she lied about the ADVERTISED DISCOUNT AND THE PRICE CLEARLY POSTED ON HER PAGE!!!
