Facial with extraction

Came in for a "Facial with Extraction" which is advertised for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Overall the experience is subpar at best and not worth the price.... All facial steps were done very briefly; the tech went fast and rough on the face. There was barely any massage done to my face. Cleansing took 30 seconds, face scrub came with large beads which was harsh to my face- the tech could've done it slowly to minimize abrasion. Then I was put on a mask with steamer on for over 15 minutes- I've done many facials before and leaving the customer with hot steam for 15 minutes is nowhere to be seen; it usually takes 7-10 minutes elsewhere. I asked the tech to stop the steamer as it was already going for 15 minutes and she just laughed it off(!). After extraction and mask, she started applying moisturizer and sunscreen to my face- again, I could barely felt any products on my skin. Why couldn't you use an adequate amount? I at the end asked the tech why the LED light was not used since on the phone, the receptionist explained LED light is included in my facial. The tech responded with "oh this is not commonly used here but I can put it on for you." This is unacceptable! You don't skip steps unless the customer tells you so! Here they use some strange skincare brand that has very strong fragrance so people whose skin is sensitive might get irritated. Compared to other facial service in the area, this is not worth the $95 price- it lacks proper attention to the customer, a facial massage, or any hot towels. Would highly recommend trying somewhere else! Show more
