I've never had an issue with Grand, always a positive visit. He's very welcoming and polite. We get in and out, usually with little to no wait. Bookin...g is simple and easy. In addition, he works well with my autistic teenager. My son usually doesn't like the sound of the clippers in his ear and doesn't like getting his hair cut. But he doesn't seem to mind Grand doing his cuts. So he'll continue to sit in his chair going forward. Show more
