Hollie was fantastic! Upon arrival She greeted me with a smile and she was very accommodating. She walked me over to her service chair, asked if I’d l...ike a bottle of water and if I had any questions or concerns. I was there to get a Silk Press and She briefly explained what to expect for the duration of the appointment. She was very knowledgeable about the products and explained to me the benefits each product provided. She was thorough with how she washed my hair and applied the products. The service time was standard. Once we were complete, she explained to me how to take care of it until my next appointment. I would recommend her services to anyone. My hair looks and feels so soft and healthy. Thank You Hollie Show more
