A complete waste of time and money. I paid to look worse than I did when I came. She was kind but didn’t say two words to me about my hair or what she... was going to do to it. Her scissors (all 3 pairs) were dull and could barely cut my hair. The cape she put in me smelled like sour laundry. She did start my service immediately, even though she was braiding a client when I got there. And I still need a trim… Show more
