I needed the service same day, Errin was quick to respond and answered my questions directly. The atmosphere when I got there was nice, I was happy it... was at a salon, her suite was clean and nice ambiance, with snacks, very welcoming. The service was great and exactly what I needed but what really got me was the scalp massage when she shampooed my hair, it was the best I ever got, she hit the edges real good, all around and the nape. I will be back back for that alone. But overall she was sweet and knowledgeable, definitely satisfied. Show more

Erin was fantastic. This was my first loc appointment after letting two strand twists lock. She explained the processs, informed me of different style...s available to me had refreshments for during the appointment and was faster than I originally thought. I was thinking about cutting my hair before I came but she re-assured me that my hair was healthy and would grow with the proper maintenance she then proceeded to give me a list of her top recommended products! Ms. Errin is such an angel! This was my first ever seeing a stylist for my locs. I went in for loc repair and I was very nervous, but she was so patie...nt and reassuring. Just talking with her over the phone I knew I was in good hands. She has such a sweet spirit that will put you at ease. She listened intently as I expressed my concerns.
