Terrible terrible service. The young lady was rude from the outset in spite of me making an appointment and arriving early. She seemed angry from th...e moment I walked in. Then she told me the prices were higher than advertised on their website. No problem. I was willing to pay. She then told me to take off the gel polish that I had in that it was an extra $5 for hands and for feet. I really thought this would be a part of my overall service. So now we are at $65 for basic mani pedi plus an additional $45 for gel polish. So be it. But then as she is angrily buffing my nails she broke all the way through the nail bed. My nail started bleeding. She said sorry but didn't do anything to treat or protect the nail. I asked her to and she put oil on it. No ma'am. After she angrily told me to go wash my hands, I decided I had enough and I left. I will be reporting them to the licensing agency as well. Show more

My review is about pricing, not the work done. Went in for a gel mani and pedi, walked out paying $105 for these services. Pricing seems a bit steep... to me since I have never paid this much for these services even in times when I get dip manicure and pedicure upgrades. When I looked online prior to booking my appointment I calculated these services would not total to what I paid. Services rendered were what they were supposed to bes which is why I don't like to complain on the spot about pricing. got a mani pedi with Mimi and it was amazing! she took off old long acrylics and was very careful with my natural nails. She's super meticulous -- did... my cuticles twice and cleans with a brush after every coat of polish. She also made sure at every step that I was happy with my nails, for both the gel mani and pedi. Also, we started right on time for my appointment! which I feel is rare at other nail salons. Would highly recommend! Show more

This was my first time at this salon - I felt it was pretty nicely decorated inside, it felt very clean and serene. I had made an appointment for 3 o...f us on a Thursday evening - when we got there, there were some other customers there already and they only had three people working, but they made it work. They were very friendly and asked us to pick our colors - they had a wide range of brands and colors, from OPI to Zoya and gel colors. We all got mani pedis and they worked on our toes first - I opted for just a classic mani pedi, even though they have many different options and add ons. They also offer a free beverage, including champagne :) They have all kinds of services here including hair, waxing, lashes, etc. My mani pedi is still going strong - everything here was done pretty much as expected, I was very happy with the service and cleanliness and the fast and efficient way they worked, while keeping the quality there! I rarely leave negative reviews but this place !! My daughter and I had an appointment to get our nails done. She was getting a full set of acrylics a...nd a pedicure and I was just getting a mani/pedi with gel. The ladies that did our toes were great. My fingernails were also good since I just got gel..Mimi who does the acrylic's was jumping from one person to another. Doing nails on one, then doing hair on another, then waxing another. Trying to juggle them all and obviously rushing on them all. She is the only one that does acrylics. By the time she got to my daughter she rushed through them and they look like crap! The nails are misshapen, the color is not at all what she asked for, and the lengths are all different. Some nails aren't even fully painted! OH! And my daughter asked for a very simple line design on on of her nails and she said that they don't do any designs! Yet they have design work on their pictures! ..my daughter is a teenager so she just sat there and didn't feel she could say anything, so I didn't realize how bad they were until after we had walked out and $200 later! We were the last ones in there and she locked up or else I would have went back in and asked for a refund on my daughters nails. ..we also live out of state and fly out tomorrow so there is no way to get them fixed and besides I don't want to go back there after this crappy job. .it would have been much better for her to just say she got WAY BEHIND and she can't do the full set rather than rushing and it looking horrible.
