Very unsatisfied my appointment was at 1:30 which I was there on time, by 4 o’clock the only thing that had been done to my hair was a wash and blow d...ry, I put down a $30 deposit For a sew inn, i was tired of waiting don’t get me wrong she dose damn good hair But sitting waiting three hours after you had an appointment is very unacceptable Especially when you’re not a walk in. I do apologize but u have to keep in mind there are appointments a head of yours and the client before u might be getting a style that may taking long u have to have patients I'm only one person doing everything by myself . You not going to get in and out within an Hour and u have to wait till the braider was available to braid your hair for the sew-in I do Not Braid hair luv and instead of u talking to me to see what is going on u just life without saying a word this was not your first time coming and u never seem to have a problem until that day but I do apologize for the inconvenience
