He is very nice and understands what you need/want. I let him know that I love French tip (I know, basic) but I always had bad shades of pink which ru...in the whole effect (for me). He tested 3 different kinds of powder , I picked they one I liked the best and then we topped it with a soft pink polish. I love the results . The pedicure was to amazing as well. Leaving this review from the standpoint of someone who provided beauty services for years and now own a business within the beauty industry and knowin...g the importance of proper customer service. First appointment I was convinced to remove a set instead if filling it even though it was super well done. I didn’t argue as I know many artists prefer not work over foreign work. The top coat started to peel off 1 day into my vacation which was a few days after my appointment. By day 5, it had all peeled. No worries, stuff happens. I didn’t even complain about it. Went ahead and pre booked appointments for the next few months. Go back for appointment #2. A day later, almost all nails start lifting, some nails had acrylic overlapping on the skin. I also notice that I can see all the growth from the first appointment through the gel polish he put on this time. I send a super polite message to Domm with a video showing/mentioning what was happening. Within minutes, I get email notifications that all my upcoming appointments are cancelled and a text from Dom saying “...he’s sorry to lose me...”as a client. To behave that way as soon as a client mentions an issue with your work shows a major lack of professionalism and respect towards customers. Really unimpressed with the treatment I received. Very disapointing experience overall. Show more
