Im rating her people skills/customer service skills, She canceled the appointment because she didn’t want to show up at the appointed time 8:40 which ...was what was available on HER schedule. She reached out and tried to reschedule for a later date for the following day I said I could do Saturday morning she never replied after multiple attempts of ME reaching out!! Mind you I was a client of hers for months and always tipping. Sometimes she would show up late to appointments and I would just be there waiting for her it but I just would consider it water under the bridge which I shouldn’t have. Show more
