I've been coming here for 4 or 5 years now. I get my cut by Carmelo. Carmelo is always on point, very communicative and informative. I always make an ...appointment and never have to wait. Caelo is also a hair stylist and does women hair as well, he has tons of experience. I recommend Carmelo 💯. As for the location, I really enjoy going there as it is a very calm and family type place, instead of a loud barber shop were everyone is cussing and being loud. Good for kids and women who have kids and can't stand going to a barber shop with disrespectful service. Show more

I had a frustrating experience with Carmelo. I made two separate appointments—one for a keratin treatment at 10 am and another for a hair color treatm...ent at 11:30 am—for both myself and my daughter. However, Carmelo mistakenly thought the appointments were for one person, which led to him double-booking with a gentleman and making me wait. The issues with my daughter’s hair color, which turned out uneven, only added to the frustration. When I asked for the problem to be fixed, he implied an additional cost, but the bigger issue was that he had other appointments, and my hair wasn’t being worked on at all. After expressing my dissatisfaction, he canceled my appointment, making me feel disrespected, especially since i had taken time off work for this. I’ve decided not to return, my time was wasted and the service was unreliable Show more

Si es su opinión se la respeto , pero la que tomó la decisión de cancelar cita fue usted. El color quedó como lo pidió y luego quiso cambiarlo a otro. Nunca había recibido un mensaje así de despectivo, pero se lo respeto porque es su opinion. GRACIAS
