I also wouldn’t refer since you didn't mention why i will . Upon booking her appointment I mentioned that loc repairs were $3each and add ons were $5each so there wasn’t a set price. Before starting her service I counted how many needed to be added and how many needed to be repair (her hair was matted so I went with what I saw until I actually began to work , The client was then informed that the price would increase being that I found more repairs she then stated that was fine). Once the service was completed and before drying I told her that it would be a addition $21 (8 repairs) and she said “okay so 190” I then stated yes and she agreed . HERES THE PLOT TWIST THIS CLIENT WAITS UNTIL ITS TIME TO CHECK OUT TO ASK FOR A DIFFERENT PRICE WHEN SHE WAS ALREADY GIVING A $10 discount for first time booking a 50% off retwist which is why her service was only $170 before additional repairs. As the professional I am I granted her $175 and will never service her again , but as always thanks for choosing Loc N Twist ❤️🫶🏽
