She is so kind and patient and listened to what I wanted. I mean really heard me!! I have never done a 360 full lace before and know nothing. She took her time to explain the process; gave her recommendations based on what I wanted to do. She definitely knows her craft!! I immediately had a sense of relief ; she made me feel so comfortable- and this first conversation took place over the phone. My appointment day!! She had everything prepped and ready to go. Washed and braided my hair. Then explains the steps as she went. I am already putting in my order for my next style. I am very very very pleased!! Show more

Let me start by saying the owner was VERY professional and during our consultation she actually listened and executed my style request above my expect...ations. It only took her maybe an hour and a half to braid down and install my hair AND she did my lashes. The shop was clean and easy to locate. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend.
