I had an appointment booked, she contacted me an hour before my scheduled appointment asking can I come later. I said no problem because I understand ...things happen. I was supposed to go at 4 later that day she then texted me an hour before I was scheduled to come asking can I come the next day. She texted to ask that when I attempted to respond she BLOCKED me! For what reason did you block me. That is bad customer service, if you had anything going on that should have been communicated. 0/10 would not recommend! Screenshot attached. Message not delivered, that means I’m blocked.. I even called this same number multiple times and straight to voicemail. This is the same number she contacted me on from the start. If it was an issue or you was still able to fulfill my appointment, a phone call would’ve sufficed. She never attempted to call from any other number. Show more
