I scheduled for gel manicure and hair flat iron on the booksy app. I drove 20 minutes to be told they have no time to take me that they didn’t look at... the APP. I received a conformation email stating my appointment was confirmed. No apology no anything, just goodbye.So obviously i will never be back because that is extremely unprofessional. Update: understand but then you need to edit your settings so the APP doesn’t automatically confirm appointments. Also, you could have spoken to me to try and help but you didn’t. Show more
