He messaged me at 6:30 am giving me the option to reschedule, cancel, or charge me more ($35 to $60). I really needed the haircut before Thanksgivin...g, and I had to get it before work. He was the only person I could find that fit the bill. So I went with the $25 up charge. He must have triple booked the time slot? Cause when I arrived there was one guy in the chair and a second guy infront of me. Haircut wasn't great. But I didn't have time to ask him to fix it. Had I been able to get in the chair when my appointment was scheduled I'd have been able to say something and get it looking okay. He did a good job on my beard though. But it wasn't $60 worth. I'm sure he does fine work, but he didn't manage his time well, and I left feeling dissatisfied. Lesson learned I guess. 😕 Show more

I apologize for the misunderstanding. Your Thanksgiving Eve 8am appointment was clearly outside of my 9-5 business hours so you were charged a premium. I apologize for not getting you in the chair on time. I do have a very large amount of loyal clients because I’m a highly skilled Master Barber well experienced in all hair textures. I’m known for taking my time and pouring my heart and soul into each haircut. I did mismanage my schedule that day but I promise to get you in the chair in a timely manner and give you a discount on your next service!
