I walked in one evening after dinner at a local restaurant because from the outside it poked like a beautiful salon and it was. Clean and stylish! U...nfortunately they must have been tired from working all day.....no one said hello, can I help you or anything. I asked if they did natural hair and someone responded yes. Now, in their defense it was late and I know they must have been thinking, I know she doesn't think she is going to walk in here at 7pm and get her fro done. Nope, I was thinking of an appointment in the future...not anymore. When are we as a people going to realize that first impressions are lasting ones. I am posting this hoping it will add value as you continue to do business. Customer service in your industry for African American women, ran by African American women is lacking. Do something to set yourself apart from everyone else. I promise it will make you even more profitable! Show more
