I’m sorry you feel this way but my perspective was different. The first quick weave we left out some of your hair. You were growing out a buzzed cut. I explained to you that your hair was growing out and you wanted leave out. Your hair texture (type 4c) and natural hair color (dusty brown) didn’t match the straight purple and blue hair you wanted installed. You were very pleased. Second service we talked about not leaving hair out because it was 100 degrees outside and your natural leave out would puff up. You agreed. So yes less hair was left out at your request . As far and "zoned out" idk what that means. You asked for a layered asymmetrical haircut and yes I'm passionate about my work. You left satisfied. When you called to ask if I could redo it I tried to accommodate you, you told me you had fixed it and everything is fine. I even followed up with you afterwardsr but instead you decided to IGNORE/BLOCK me and leave a bad review. Now that’s unprofessional.
