It appears Tony is good at his trade. However, I did not end up getting my haircut by Tony. Despite me having an appointment I waited over an hour jus...t to get my haircut by another barber who was taking walkins. If I wanted to walk in to somewhere and get my haircut blindly without seeing their work prior I wouldn’t have booked an appointment on Booksy. Update: due to the misunderstanding and Tony’s genuine concern I am changing my rating to the 5 stars he deserves. Show more

I understand your frustration Ty, unfortunately I had what appeared to be a walk in come in and ask for me. I mistook him for your appointment. No other barber gave me a heads up that you were waiting for me. Allow me to make it up to you by discounting your next haircut $5.
