Very funny experience! I had made a reservation but accidentally showed up a day early. Angel wasn’t there (because I had the wrong date), but his col...leagues were kind and helped me out. The next day, Angel messaged me saying he was waiting for me — and that’s when I realized I was the one who messed up the dates! Despite my mistake, he was super understanding and even canceled the booking without charging me a cancellation fee. Now that is what I call great service! Show more
