Full highlight and haircut

I have been waiting for a week to get used to my hair and to calm down from how horrible this experience was. First of all, this dresser was too much.... I came in tired and just really needing highlights and cut. There was no consulting about color, he just assumed I wanted a bright color (end result not good). Numerous times I was asked "what is wrong with your face?" "Why havent you been keeping up with your appointments?" None of this mans business. When we got to the haircut, he pulled out zip ties. Again, he asked me "why do you look scared?" If he sensed it, then why didnt he stop being so creepy. I said I was scared, because you usually should be scared when someone asks you this question. He went on to brag about how great he was at layering hair and the zipties were the trick. It came out super bulky, shorter than i wanted, and frankly ugly. I will not be returning and will continue to miss Tammy. Show more
