I needed my hair done for an event. Once I booked Britt texted me to discuss the hair style I wanted loved her input. The next day I get a text sayi...ng she didn't know the shop would be closed and she needed to cancel. I had to find another shop quickly. Then she called me later in the afternoon to ask if I still needed my hair done, I told her I made other arrangements already. She said okay she will send my deposit once she's done with her client. That was a week ago I never got my deposit back. Honestly never seen anything so unprofessional. Never again Update: Why would I have to remind you about money you owe me? That doesn't make sense and you still havent sent back the deposit. Its unprofessional. What makes a business grow is accepting your fault yes it may have been 2 braids I dont see the funny in that. I’ll continue to be successful and get clients just like I have before this review. P.S at least I checked back in with you and you were only getting 2 braids. Lol

She was two hours late for an appointment then called to try to reschedule for the next day. Not professional. Would never recommend. Bought hair I ha...ve to return now on my Saturday night. I see pictures and reviews that were great from other customers, but I didn’t have that same experience. Update: You are suppose to grow from constructive criticism. Your good def will outweigh. THIS LADY IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT WITH HER AND SHE LITERALLY TEXT ME A HOUR BEFORE SAYING CAN I COME TOMORROW.. NOT TAKING INTO ...CONSIDERATION I HAD SOMEWHERE TO BE. SO I SAID OKAY.. THE NEXT DAY COMES AND MY APPOINTMENT IS in 30 MINUTES AND SHE SENDS ME OFF AGAIN SAYING HER SISTER WENT INTO LABOR AND CAN I COME TOMORROW 😂 I TOLD HER NO I CANNOT AND SHE ASKED IF I WANTED MY REFUND BACK AND I TOLD HER YES. SHE THEN TELLS ME SHE WILL SEND IT BACK WHEN SOMEONE ELSE SENDS HER A $25 DEPOSIT (WHICH I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THAT HAD TO DO WITH ME RECEIVING MYYY RECUBD BACK) AND IT GETS LATER IN THE DAY AND SHE NEVER SENDS IT.
