Mariela glued the top eyelashes with the bottom lashes. I couldn’t open my eyes. She used scissors to cut it cutting almost half of my lower level las...hes. Then the pieces of glue went inside my eyes, it felt like sand inside my eyes, imagine the pain on both eyes. Every eyeball move was like my eyes were being scraped by a little rock inside my eyes. My eyes were already burning and red due to the kind of glue she used. She pulled out a lot of lashes from my right eye and she couldn’t fix it so there is still an empty spot. She was nice, but horrendously careless. My entire body jumped in pain many times because she kept pinching my eyes with her tool. She used way too much glue and left 2 clumps of glue on each eyelash. To say I had the worst nightmare of my life is an understatement. I still feel like sand is inside my eyes. It was very challenging driving home with the pieces of glue in my eyes. She washed my eyes and rubbed it, but It didn’t come out. My eyes are red and I am debating whether I should go to the eye doctor or completely take it out.. I don’t remember if she ever apologize, but because I am Christian I told her I forgive her for what she did to me and I blessed her, but i am writing this review so others don’t go through what I went through there. What should have been only 2 hours, she took over 5 hours. 7-20-24. Update, the next day she sent me a text saying she was sorry.
