Sorry to hear you had terrible service but I recalled when you left you was satisfied you called back 3 weeks later saying that your hair doesn’t look done and asked for a refund if you would have came back 3 days later or a week later we would have fixed it for you I didn’t even do your hair and we at twisted roots salon aim to please our customers. You wanted money back for a service you got done 3 weeks ago .. we are very professional .. and again I wish you well with your hair…

Deloris took everything into question when it came to doing my thick natural hair. I wanted a big chop, she delivered. I wanted a particular style and... she took into consideration of my face shape and overall appearance to help me decide on a more fitting style. When it came down to the color, she used professionalism to let me know all I would be faced with wanting a particular color after already previously having my hair colored red, and need I say it again?
