Design Freestyle (I have full control on design)

So this woman reached out to me the morning of service. I don’t know that much about nails but I was open to trying different things. She steered me a...way from doing the service, see this screenshots. I assumed that since she had suggested the cancellation there would not be a fee. I actually thanked her for that and she did not correct me in anyway. I was surprised when I saw I did still get charged. You can see her completely classless response which shows a real lack of common decency. All I’m saying is since the technician canceled the service and suggested the cancellation she should’ve at least mentioned to me that would still be a cancellation fee before I agreed. I would’ve came in and tried the other type of nails. As you can see in the screenshots I’ve already been thinking about doing that. Show more

So sorry about that but before & after you book it does say non refundable deposit. & I did explain I don’t service gel. I also have everything categorized on my site, along side with pictures so these mistakes won’t happen. I do understand this is a inconvience for you .
