You don’t wash hands before you touch hair and a few locs did not have a strong twist and four locs combined into one for two years came out

It was very nice to meet you and I'm honored to be the first loctician to service you after 2 years of no maintenance! I wasn't familiar with the practice of washing hands prior to shampooing my client. I will definitely take that into consideration moving forward! We did not have loc repair or maintenance scheduled for the damaged loc in the picture. When the loctician you saw that combined the weight of four locs into one loc partnered with the lack of maintenance, damage like that can occur and may not be able to withstand a retwist. I would love to get you in so we can get that repaired for you! Thank you for the feedback!
