Blue Almond Nails: Sara was nice! However, each gel x nail she placed on my nail burned really bad. Her gel glue work was done very well! The shape of... the nail could have been better executed. All of the toe nail polish chipped off within a few days. The pedicure itself was amazing! She also gave me a brief neck/shoulder massage after the manicure! It should be noted that the nails stayed on so well for about 3 weeks, even with me playing volleyball. Purple Coffin Nails: Stephy was great! Super friendly. Enjoyed our talks & laughing at the fact that she can't handle horror movies (which was playing on the tv's during my appointment). I'm a huge horror fan so I loved that horror movies were playing! The overall job was great, but unfortunately I cannot say the same for the experience. Customer service was poor, I had booked an appointment for 1 an...d got attended 40 minutes later. The following events occurred with coworkers speaking amongst themselves in Spanish: The manicurist I booked myself with did not check her schedule to see that I made an appointment and began to complain about it, she then seemed more annoyed when I asked for a design. She didn’t even see what I was asking for (french tip) before complaining about it to her coworker. My advice to you all is to not make the assumption that a customer cannot understand the language you are speaking. It is unprofessional if (you didn’t know) and bad a commonly bad business practice. Learning how to communicate with your customers is one thing but with employees is another that clearly needs to be addressed. Show more
