The website needs to include prices with hair and the employees need to be clear on giving prices i called 2 times about small knotless waist length a...nd was given 2 different amounts neither matched the website Also why are customers being charged 5 dollars to use our bank card who is walking around with 300 dollars in cash in 2023 like be for real I will not be coming back its too unprofessional and un organized Show more

Hello , I am sorry to hear that you were not cleared about the price , however our website says the starting price and also says that hair is not included with the service charge . And yes we charge $5 for credit card because we get charged by the processing bank also . Thanks

my braiders were extremely rude and did not listen to ny requests… i’m extremely tender headed and asked for them to be gentle and not braid too tight.... they completely disregarded that and i was in pain during and after the appointment. it’s been roughly a week and my head is still throbbing from the tightness! wont be returning. I’m sorry to hear that your hair hurt . The truth is that you are extremely tender headed like you said. So no matter how they braid your hair you will still feel tender. Knotless braids that you got done doesn’t hurt in anyway because we start with your natural hair . So I don’t understand why the pain . This is strange to us to hear that we are rude and braid too tight. Sorry about that ma’am
