I am confused because I thought you liked it. You texted me saying ,”I actually love my hair thank you. I think it’s beautiful”. I am a healthy hair stylist so the health of your hair is my first priority. Hair can not simply do every style unless it is healthy. Although we did not have an official consultation, I did mention that 1)finger waves is not on my menu and 2) I can do finger waves, it just depends on the hair and its integrity(health, shape of cut). It’s really unfortunate because I offered services to help, but you refused. This has made the style impossible. In good faith, I tried to deliver the best service possible. Going forward, please communicate better with your stylist and follow through with the recommendations for the best result. Best wishes ☺️.
