The experience wasn’t actually a 5 because of me because I didn’t realize I had to bring my hair. So it was all on me. So after, I purchased the hai...r and returned to the shop it was definitely a 5. She was very efficient. I was out of there earlier than usual expected. Will be returning to her prepared next time.
