I had an amazing experience at this studio! The place is incredibly clean with a beautiful pink and relaxing aesthetic that immediately put me at ease.... Juliana was fantastic—she gave me the perfect attention and made sure every detail of my eyelashes was flawless. The retention has been great, and they still look fabulous! Lash artist requested me to come 40 minutes later than my original appointment because she was running late. Didn’t get me started until 1pm. I get of...f the table and it’s completely opposite of the reference photo I showed. Then ask me to wait another hour just for someone else to try and fix the artist work. However, I expressed when they asked me to push my appointment back that I have plans this week evening and just don’t have the time. She then asks if I want her to completely remove her work for a full refund. Which completely upset me considering I was in her chair for two hours . Very disappointed. Added my reference photo vs what I got. Show more
