Quality work poor customer service though. I absolutely love the way she cuts my son’s hair. However her disposition could be better and she’s quite l...ikely to cancel your appt at a moments notice. My most recent appointment was canceled a little under 24 hour notice. I walk in speak she didn’t say a word. We sit down and she says his appt was canceled yesterday, as she finishes up a client. I said if you’re canceling someone’s appt in less than 24hr YOU should probably reach out. She said the app supposed to. But I wouldn’t be standing here looking at you had I seen that now would I? Situations like that just shoot a text out of common courtesy. Just like you don’t want your time wasted neither do I. The last time she canceled the day of she did text me. Said she had an issue with her kids, understandable but still an inconvenience nonetheless. Then there was one time I missed our appt thinking it was 30 min later than what it actually was. And she wouldn’t even squeeze him back in. His cuts take all of 15-20 min and she sat for 15 minutes waiting in her next client. The barber next to her was nice enough to accommodate us, because she didn’t give af. Meanwhile her customer service is not that so how you want understanding but don’t give that?As much as I like her work I’ll pass… Show more

Almost everyone was cancelled this weekend. But you’re right about the day u missed your appointment. Idc if my other client was 10 mins late they booked for 3 ppl & still had time to be serviced as well as paid the late fee. u missed your entire time slot so no I couldn't squeeze him in. your child is the only kid that I even service that doesn't sit still. in fact he moves alot for a kid his age nevertheless I never complain and get it done each time. I'm not gonna explain nothing to nobody. If I have to cancel there's always a valid reason.
