My appointment time was 11 am and they contacted m...e at 9:45 am to let me know that I could bring my car to them early so that was also a plus. Also super friendly staff. I had a 9AM appointment for an exterior wash. They didn't arrive until 9:40ish. When I dropped it off, they said it would be about an hour. 1:30 comes... around and they still haven't called me, so I walked over to see if my car had been done. Unfortunately, they told me that they had not started on my car because they had 8 other people ahead of me. I find that hard to believe seeing as I had a 9am appointment and was the first person to drop my car off. They may clean well, but I wouldn't know :/ Show more
