Being that I’ve been a long time customer, I must say I’m shocked at the level of customer service he’s displayed over this past year. Haircut skills?... Clutch! But Customer service? Terrible now!!! Booked an appointment and literally cancelled on me when I pulled up and didn’t even inform me in a timely manner. But if we were to cancel as customers last minute, we’ll be charged right?! Didn’t even try to come with a solution, just said sorry. Crazy to say, but I now have to part ways as a customer! Especially if you’re looking to charge ppl damn near a $100 but not give top tier service!!! Show more
