I have to address the very outlandish allegations above. I drive 2+hours to see Lacy. Her knowledge in extensions is extensive and she has always been... transparent with me as client. I corresponded for a year with her before booking a consult and appt. She has trained many of the local stylists in my hometown. I have very fine, thin hair. I had to cut my hair short 4 years ago bc it needed a recharge, reboot so to speak.after a year of taking supplements, washing with professional products and limiting heat i was ready to have my long hair again. Lacy did a photo and phone consult to see if i was evena good fit to come in for a in person consult. She was upfront with me , my hair had been thur alot and my idea at 1st was realistic and noy appropriate for my new growth and hair. I took her suggestions on supplements, at home hair and scalp care and a few months later made an appointment. She spent 7 hours with me the 1st install. She didnt do color byt worked with my stylists back home. (Btw she never said an ill word on color or choosing to stay with my stylist for color ) she matched my extensions perfectly. We set up maintenance and here i am 3 years later with long, healthy hair and currently no extensions for 9 months. She doesnt push services or price gouge or attempt to"make all this money " off me . I'm probably one of her least expensive clients bc ill ask for things and she will redirect me on what i think i need and what i do need. She doesnt rush, she doesnt overbook. However , extensions are expensive and an investment. So keeping appointments on a schedule is a must. She explained that in detail before i committed. I have a demanding job,and travel to get here so she works with me religiously to accommodate me. If you're upset with her due to circumstances you created , thats not a fair review. My hair is growing, she uses appropriate hair , and amount of wefts when i di have extensions in and for someone who started with 3 rows and now i have none speaks volumes on her skills and talent . If you are looking fot a stylist who listens, who is honest and real and just wont give you what you "think" you want but what your head and hair can handle safely, then Lacy is your girl. In 3 years she has helped me gain my confidence back and has my hair to a healthy place with tons of growth and new growth and strength. Okay so Lacy is no joke a MIRACLE WORKER. She has a god given talent to be in this industry. I went to see Lacy for color and extension install and sh...e brought back my confidence just by working her magic on my hair. Not only is her work impeccable but she was so personable and really connected with me as I’m sure she does with all of her clients. I will never go anywhere else.
