      As we begin the shampoo service, I'll first ask you to relax and lean back comfortably in the shampoo chair. I'll then gently wet your hair with warm water, ensuring that the temperature is just right for your comfort. Next, I'll apply a high-quality shampoo that is specifically tailored to your hair type and needs. I'll work the shampoo into your scalp with firm yet gentle pressure, using my fingers to stimulate circulation and help remove any buildup or debris from your hair and scalp. As I wash your hair, I'll also take care to detangle any knots or tangles that may have formed, using a wide-tooth comb or my fingers to gently loosen any snarls and ensure that your hair is completely free of tangles and knots. Once your hair is fully washed and detangled, I'll rinse it thoroughly with warm water, taking care to remove all traces of shampoo and leaving your hair feeling clean, fresh, and revitalized. After the shampoo, I'll carefully towel dry your hair, gently patting away excess water and ensuring that your hair is not rubbed or pulled in any way that could cause damage. Finally, I'll use a hair dryer set to a low, gentle heat to dry your hair, using my fingers to gently lift and fluff your hair as it dries. I may also use a light, flowery hair mist or leave-in conditioner to add extra moisture and shine, leaving your hair feeling soft, silky, and completely luxurious.       Upon meeting you for the first time, I'll introduce myself and ask you some questions about your hair to get a better understanding of your hair type, texture, and any previous treatments you've had. I may ask questions such as: - What is your current hair length and texture? - What is your natural hair color, and have you had any previous color or chemical treatments? - What is your typical hair care routine, and what products do you use? - What are your hair goals, and what specific look are you hoping to achieve? Based on your answers, I'll then offer recommendations for suitable haircuts, colors, and treatments that will help you achieve your desired look while also taking into account your hair type and condition. I may also provide advice on how to maintain the health and appearance of your hair, including tips on products and styling techniques. During the consultation, I may also do a hair analysis, such as examining your scalp and hair strands under a magnifying lamp, to identify any underlying issues or damage that may affect the outcome of the desired hairstyle or treatment. Once we've discussed your hair goals and options, we'll work together to come up with a plan of action that includes the specific services to be performed, the expected results, and the associated costs.
