Not what I expected we showed Barbie this picture n asked to cut her bangs like that kinda flare and she cut my daughter hair straight across nothing ...like the picture my daughter was not happy at all on top of that I paid total of 35$ for a child’s hair cut which was the long layers and the flare bangs nothing what we asked for I wouldn’t even rate this salon on top she had a tiny puppy and another child running around in the store luckily my child and I were not allergic to dogs Show more

I apologize that you and your daughter were not happy with the haircut. I always strive to provide the best service possible. I would have loved the opportunity to fix the haircut at no charge to ensure your daughter felt happy. Regarding the dog, it is a hypoallergenic service dog that remains in the salon. If you had a concern I would have gladly placed the dog aside so there would be no issue. As we are a family salon occasionaly there may be children present as we love to welcome families of all kind. Thank you for your feedback it helps me improve.

I spent $319 on my two daughters just to get highlights. that's all no haircut no style only high lights. first of all the "stylist" was almost a half... hour late to the appointment , we sate 5 hours in a fruit fly infested waiting area, the $95 highlight is misleading because it's for partial highlights not full. we went ahead and did it. one of my daughter wanted blonde highlights and came out with gray hair and we was told to wash her hair and it will come out. I spent 5 hours and $319 to leave pissed and now have to fix my daughter's hair. no apologies no ownership, no reimbursement . They do not care that they messed up my 13 yr olds hair. I highly do not recommend. Show more

She was very nice but she is very aggress...ive and when dying my hair was very messy I ended up leaving with a colored forehead she was able to remove all the color that she got on my face.
