It hasn't even been 24hours since you showed up extremely late for your appointment. I tried to be as professional as possible and told you "let me figure out a solution and I'll get back to you". Having the best customer service is my number one priority. It's been a pleasure cutting your hair for years, I don't think I'm the right barber for you anymore.
