Hi Katy I hope you understand . It's an accident , and we don't want this to happen to you or any of our customer . we really appreciate you and others who came to us and trust us with services . I would really appreciate it if you could let me know as soon as possible so that I can resolve this issue immediately and apologize to you right away . We are happy to refund this since this is our fault and you are not satisfy and not happy with it . We always love to see our customer leave happy . Thank you for you feedback. But first let me clarify few things here. Yes your appointment at 4:30 and we started your pedi right away without any waiting. You did get a nochip pedi and my staff was taking her time on you. I’m sorry because I asked you to wait a little for your fullset ( because not all my staffs can do acrylic) and you were happy to say yes. As you know a new Acrylic set with design will take longer than usual . My staff was very nice and she went through every steps with you. She always ask you, do you like the shape, do you like your nails. Even she had to reshape all of your nails again when you feel the nails are still long. She was still happy to do it. No body in our salon gave you an attitude, or being Rude to you ! our co-worker even say hi to you, asking you for water and helping for color design. So Can you please give me more details or who being rude ? And last.I’m sorry that my staff wasn’t tell you the price at first but we did explain everything clearly when you check out. We didn’t over charge. Our prices are in the booksy menu and the design prices are varies , $25 for 10 fingers design, I don’t think that’s too much. I feel very sad to receive your review. because we have tried our best to give the best nail and services to you. we are really disappointed because you think we have over charge you but the truth is we have tried to choose the most suitable service for you. Hi there , this is vs nails I just received your reviews and really thank you for your feedback ! But I think it’s miscommunication little right here ! You booked for Gel fill which mean artificial powder not a builder gel or dip ! I also double check on our end that you actually getting an artificial powder fill not a dip powder which is $48 for that fill ! But if you are getting builder gel it start from $68 However with our policy we always want our clients leave happy and if there is any mistakes we will happy to fix it with no charges !
