I have natural hair with mostly type 4C. Jessica knew how to manage and comb through my hair. I booked half head highlights, silk press, and a trim. And she had a vision and executed it PERFECTLY. Jessica is so calm and kind she takes time to talk to you and know your hair and then by feeling it she can tell you exactly what your hair needs. I LOVED my experience here. Show more

This is a warning to future customers. I booked an appointment for 1 p.m. and arrived on time. Once I arrived, I was told to take a seat to wait for m...y stylist. 15 minutes later, with no update, I asked the receptionist for an ETA to start my service. While she was very nice, she then told me that the person scheduled to do my hair was currently starting a sew-in install on another customer. As a person who frequently gets her hair done, I knew that was going to be a lengthy process. Clearly she wouldn't be getting to me for awhile! The receptionist offered to have another stylist work on me - which I was willing to accept - but after waiting an additional 30 minutes for that new stylist to be done with her current customer (no end or update in sight), I was done. 45 minutes waiting with nothing to show for it. I'm sorry, but gone are the days that customers are willing to wait for their stylist to be ready. I booked a specific time for a reason. I'll find another salon that respects my time. Show more
