This place is always a hit or miss. I've come here 3 times for a lash lift now, and every time, there's always a super long wait (that's the main reas...on I took off a star). What's the point of making an appointment if I won't be seen at that time? I waited 30-40 minutes after my appointment time just to get started. Show more

yesterday's eyelashes fell off in 80% until today, it's not even 24 hours. part of the eyelashes are attached sloppily and not in the natural directi...on of my eyelashes.Generally, I advise you to avoid this place because $ 160 is a lot for a set of one-day eyelashes that fall off and irritate the eyes. Briana is lovely, she did some amazing work. Got eyebrows tinted/plucked and first time getting eyelash extensions. I was not ready for how long she w...ould be up in my eyeballs to do her work. She was very understanding and helped me get though my anxiety. She did a great job too. Def will be back in 2 weeks for a fill edited to add: Been going to Roberta for awhile now and she is awesome! She is so gentle with my eyes. Highly recommend! Show more
