For the past 10 years, I've been retwisting my own. hair and doing the bare minimum to clean up my undercut. Decided to get it done professionally for... my birthday & stumbled upon Q. Changed my life! Not only is she cold with the clippers, very attentive to details, making sure every hair is cut and laid exactly how she wants but the retwist was phenomenal. Beautiful parts, consistent sized two strand twists, just no complaints whatsoever. Quick too. Great person to spend a couple hours in a chair with, very down to earth and a pleasure to talk with.
