I thought that the services provided by Ms. Leona and her assistant were amazing. A lot of effort and thought was put into my current style, and I do ...plan on returning. Here a few pros and cons that you should know before booking with Ms. Leona. First, if you are looking for a super quick; in and out experience just hold your horses as this is not that type of salon. You will be waiting anywhere between 2-3 hours even if you have an appointment as this salon was packed and rightly so as each client from the first time I came in until I left looked amazing after Ms. Leona finished styling their hair. Also, to add Ms. Leona offers her clients cold and hot beverages and a nice lunchroom. Second, bring your lunch and or prepare to order uber eats as you will be waiting for great service and Ms. Leona is well worth it. Last but not least I want to add that I was not a fan of some services being rendered which were not listed on the Booksy website and I am not sure if this was some sort of typo but prices were still reasonable. Hair was on point, it was just the wait time that was horrible…………I’m the shop from 8am to almost 4pm. But I also have to remember it was right by Tha...nksgiving and that could’ve been a contributing factor. I’ll compare when I go back for my next appointment that’s not by a holiday. Show more

Never got my Hair done she had more people then I expected. She was very friendly when I came. My appointment was at 10am I got there and 9:45am but ...I had leave needing to be back at work. I will make another appointment I just know I have to book on a free day. I'm giving her 5 stars because of the atmosphere there. Show more

I was discouraged because the top of my head of my hair is very thin, and almost bald. Leona styled my hair. My hair looks full and i feel so sexy. ... The most important part: my hair feels great with Leona's hair products which make my hair feel so HEALTHY. Th top of my head usually feels so irritated for what reason, I do not know why. But it feels great with Leona's products. The price is kinda pricey, YET it is so worth it!!!! Sometimes you may have to pay for geat quality. Quality is what i have!!!! Thanks!! Show more
