I made an appointment for my mom, who hasn’t been to a salons in years, to get a new cut for her birthday. Instead she left the salon after 2.5 hours ...with no style and wet hair because Leona had 4 people ahead of her. How are you that overbooked on a Wednesday at 11:30 am? That is completey disrespectful of your clients’ time. On top of that, she ALSO made a rude comment about “people making referrals to older people that don’t have the time or patience to wait.” I’m absolutely disgusted with the unprofessionalism, and my mom is completely deterred from returning to ANY salon after that experience.
