I made an appointment through this website. When I got to the salon they had no idea about the appointment. They told me that the online book is for t...his site should have been turned off. There wasn't anyone at the salon available to do a hair cut. Despite have a an appointment and a confirmation email. I had no real appointment. I was unable to get any services done. I'm very disappointed and not sure how this could happen. Poor customer service on booksy and the salon voila. Looks like similar reviews with the same issue and its been happening for over a year without any correction from either party. Show more

No receptionist was there at all after waiting for 20 minutes, then when I final asked one of the stylists about my appointment, I was told "we all wo...rk for ourselves", essentially none of the hair stylists present in the salon knew anything about my booking. It was the most chaotic experience I have ever had at a hair salon. I had to leave and forgo my appointment, as no-one would have been able to honor my appointment for another hour (and I couldnt wait that long (it would have been a 1 1/2 hour wait in total, despite booking in advance). I did a full highlights with Nikki. The results were terrible and I spent more than $300. She did my highlights for 7 hours on day one(I have a medium... length hair and not thick at all, I always did highlights for 2-3 hours at other salons). I went home with orange hair at the back of my head. She told me it would be another $150 to fix the orange, what nonsense is that, you shouldn't charge more if you were not able to do your job. I decided not to go. She texted me in the morning that I want to fix it, come and pay whatever you want or don't pay at all. I decided to give it a try. I spent 5 more hours at their salon and went back home with much worse hair. Not only my hair is still orange at the back but the highlights are a mix of grey, orange, green all over my head. She also used very strong toners on my hair to fix her terrible job, to the point that I started coughing even with two masks on my face, then she said the smell is strong but the toner is not! I am now very worried for the health of my hair. I specifically told her not to add to the amount of lights in my hair but the results were exactly the opposite, most of my hair is bleached now. I wanted to pay her more if she was able to fix my hair on the second try, but with these results I did not. 2 minutes after leaving their salon she texted me and asked why I did not pay her more. I sent her a picture of my hair explaining why I did not pay more. After that she blocked me on Instagram, very unprofessional. If you love your hair, your money, your time and energy stay away from this place! Show more
Please DO NOT GO HERE!!! I can't believe I wasted $300 on this place! The hairdresser Shirin was nice she did a mediocre job at coloring my hair! I wa...nted light golden blonde color (I had that color for a long time before going platinum and now I'm going back to that) and she dyed my hair purplish silver GREY! At least she used olaplaex and did a great job at moisturizing my hair so it's not permanently damaged! I'm going back to my original hairdresser. She does a much better job and is way more professional. I now have to completely fix my hair! Show more
First and last visit to this salon. I had a cut and color for $135. I showed pictures and gave color codes of exactly what was needed. The cut was ver...y plain, blunt with no creativity and not close to the picture. In 10 years of having color done I have never, not once had color on my skin afterwards. After this color, my skin was very discolored as much as my hair all along my hair line. It looked like there was just as much color treatment place on my skin as was my hair. The color treatment also burned really bad, never have experienced that in 10yrs. from other stylists either, a result of putting too much color on the skin. For $135 I expect MUCH better quality and care. Show more
I walked in on my lunch break from work and was hoping against hope that I'd be able to have someone trim up my hair and shave down my undercut so I c...ould handle this heat low and behold- there was Monica! She not only made room for me In her schedule AND gave me exactly what I asked for for my hair, but she also did it in a timely manner so I could jet back to work!! She is sweet, personable and thorough literally everyone has been complimenting her work since she cut it a few days ago. THEN. You guys, then she connected with me & let me know that my next trim for my bangs will be FREE!!! I am NOT a person who trusts any cosmetologists because of past awful experiences, but I am so thankful I walked in there. Try it out, see what you think! They've got incredible people working there. My hair is cut so perfectly and is workable with every style I love to wear! Show more

This 5 star rating is for Tina who is the most accomplished nail technician anywhere. Expert - and a perfectionist for both manicures and pedicures. N...o one applies nail polish or gel with as much precision and care as Tina. Plus she is smart and witty and offers outstanding customer service. She's the best! Show more

Michelle is the best. I had gone through about five stylists before her, and some were adequate but Michelle turns out to be a mind reader! I always w...ant to change something about my hair every time I get a cut and color, and Michelle knows just how to tweak it so I'm satisfied yet still feel like myself. She's an award-winning hair colorist, which should say it all, but just so you know I get compliments on my hair every week! Her schedule is also super flexible which is great because I only get my work schedule one week ahead of time. You can see her artist's eye perfecting the shape of your cut and she doesn't let you out of the chair until it's PERFECT. And the ambience is so relaxing I could fall asleep in the shampoo chair. Michelle is simply great at what she does! I've received a perm, hair color, and a straight cut from her. She's very approachable and patient-- which ...I like in a stylist. I've received so many compliments on my new cut and style. Her prices are reasonable for the neighborhood and is worth every penny. Scheduling also very easy with her. My friend has also seen her on the fly since she takes walk-in's... which is really convenient. Great stylist! Can't say enough about her and the salon! Show more
Michelle Rim is my hair stylist and she does an excellent job. From my first visit over 2.5 yrs ago until now, every haircut has been outstanding. Whe...n I've used other stylists in the past, it usually takes them three cuts before they get it right. On my FIRST visit, Michelle nailed it. I didn't have to go back and get things corrected or make a note to say something on my next visit. She does a great job fitting the haircut to your shape - the head and face. Michelle takes the time to speak to you clearly understands what you like. As for the environment, Michelle does an excellent job reading the vibe of the person. If the person wants to chat, Michelle is a great conversationalist. On more than a couple of occasions, I've laughed out loud at her poignant comments. If you're not in the mood, she gets it and doesn't try to start a discussion. You will not be disappointed going Michelle for a haircut. I highly recommend anyone male or female to giver her a try. I love this salon! Luis is great with color, my hair has always faded to orange or sometimes my roots looked maroon. His color made my hair a pretty b...rown with gold highlights. Great cut too. Everyone at the salon is very nice and it is a beautiful atmosphere. Show more
Michelle Rim is an amazing hairstylist. I have tried out countless hair stylists throughout my life and I can honestly say that Michelle is, hands-dow...n, the best I've come across. She is a great listener and "gets it" right away. I recently got a balayage done by her and it looks so incredibly beautiful and natural. Somehow, she knew exactly what colors would compliment my complexion. I learned that her background is in painting and it completely shows in her hair coloring abilities - she is a true artist. I've had a balayage done by her before in addition to a cut where she cut off about 6 inches of my hair into a long bob. Not only did the cut and color look great then, but I waited a whole year to go back to her (apparently I procrastinate) and each stage of hair growth in between then continued to look good. Normally after I get a cut or color, I will hit an awkward stage while it grows out, but not this time. She is great and I highly recommend her! Show more
